About Teddy

I started to play chess seriously during the pandemic and became totally absorbed in it. I like the way it helps me to organize my thinking and break down problems.

When I'm not playing chess, you will probably find me running along the water or on Marin's beautiful network of trails. I was a member of Redwood’s cross country and track teams for four years, and I ran the Long Beach marathon this fall.

In addition to running, I also enjoy biking, music, movies, and especially traveling.

I am currently a rising sophomore at Loyola Marymount University and involved in a number of activities, such as serving as a DJ for LMU's radio station.
